The company was established in 2021 with focus on championing a new course for indigenous construction firms in Nigeria.

Gbolaga Muyiwa Akinola, a French-trained engineer with 28 uninterrupted years of active service up to a very high level in one of the leading building and civil engineering companies in Nigeria, Bouygues Construction Nigeria Limited, a subsidiary of the prestigious Bouygues Construction, also a subsidiary of Bouygues S.A., both in France.
